Gracely ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Gracely mobile application ("App").
Gracely acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the App.
Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo, and display name when you create an account.
Reflections & Content: Photos, reflection text, gratitude entries, and prayer requests you share.
Subscription Data: Payment information processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play (we do not store your card details).
Communications: Messages sent through accountability partnerships and Study Buddy groups.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Your reflections and content may be permanently deleted upon account deletion and cannot be recovered.

Gracely is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Welcome to Gracely! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gracely mobile application ("App") operated by Gracely ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Gracely, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Gracely is a faith-based daily reflection app designed to help users grow spiritually through photo sharing, biblical prompts, gratitude journaling, and community accountability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if any feature becomes unavailable or is changed or removed.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Gracely. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, reflections, gratitude entries). By posting content, you grant Gracely a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.
You are solely responsible for your content and confirm it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Gracely offers a Premium subscription with additional features including Daily Intentions, Scripture Memory, Study Buddy, and Accountability Partners.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Payment is charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Refunds: Refunds, if any, are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and we do not control their refund decisions.
The Gracely name, logo, design, and all original content are owned by Gracely and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Scripture quotations are used in accordance with applicable permissions and copyright guidelines.

Gracely may rely on third-party services such as app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, or payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Gracely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Gracely is a tool for spiritual reflection and community, not a substitute for professional counselling, therapy, or pastoral care. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek appropriate professional support.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the App or its community.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
